Academic Regulations

Admission & Attendance

Admission is granted strictly according to college rules. Students must maintain regular attendance to remain eligible for examinations.

  • Minimum 75% attendance is mandatory
  • Students must follow official college timings
  • Late entry without valid reason may not be permitted
  • Irregular attendance may lead to disciplinary action
  • Attendance is checked before exams and board registration

Examinations & Penalties

Students must follow examination rules strictly. Any absence or misconduct may result in fines or cancellation of papers.

  • Unauthorized absence may result in fines
  • Re-appearing students may be fined up to Rs. 200
  • Use of unfair means is strictly prohibited
  • Examination decisions are final and binding

Discipline & Restrictions

Mobile phone usage during class is prohibited
Smoking, drugs & misconduct are strictly banned
Political activities are not allowed
Proper dress code must be followed on campus
College ID card must be carried at all times
Damage to college property will be recovered from the student

Important Student Guidelines

Medical Assistance

First aid and emergency medical assistance are available within college premises when required.

Parent-Teacher Meeting

Parents may be called for meetings in case of poor academic performance or disciplinary issues.

Student Conduct

Respect for teachers, staff, and fellow students is mandatory at all times.

Leave Policy

Students may leave college during working hours only with written permission from the concerned authority.

Rule Amendments

Disciplinary Authority

The Principal has full authority to take disciplinary action, including suspension or expulsion.
